She began in the early days of digital fandom, interning at iHeartRadio's Q102 Philadelphia before spending eight years helping build GroundUP Music, the independent label founded by Snarky Puppy. During her time there, she contributed to four GRAMMY-winning projects and multiple nominations, 40M+ annual streams, and the growth of a global artist community and music festival.
In 2023, Jamie joined TIDAL, where she supported emerging artists through the TIDAL RISING program, helping distribute nearly $1 million in grants while developing partnerships and educational initiatives.
After more than a decade in music, Jamie founded New Frequency to combine her experience in artist development, community building, and cultural storytelling with her passion for wellness and human connection. Today, she partners with artists and brands to create experiences, campaigns, and communities that deepen emotional connection and build lasting impact.
